Dear Valued Customers, Thank you all for making our latest auction another incredible success! We truly appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm for our events.
To ensure we can continue offering our services efficiently, we need to address some ongoing challenges regarding our pickup policy. Moving forward, we will be strictly adhering to our stated terms and conditions regarding scheduling. We will no longer be able to accommodate early arrivals, late arrivals, or missed appointments.
Please keep the following guidelines in mind for future auctions:
Strict 15-Minute Window: Each pickup appointment has a dedicated 15-minute time slot.
Automatic Shipping: If you miss your window, your items will automatically be transferred to our professional, in-house shipping service. No exceptions will be made. Previously, we had asked just to message or call and that hasnt been happening.
Professional Conduct: Reviewing our terms and conditions before bidding is a requirement. Arguing or debating these established policies once agreed to with our staff is unprofessional and will not be tolerated.
Respecting Everyone's Time: Our schedule is tightly packed, and we also manage family and farm responsibilities between appointments. Sticking to the schedule ensures that customers who arrive on time are not kept waiting.
While we love offering local pickup, managing unscheduled visits has become unsustainable. We have gladly assisted outside of our policy in the past, but we must now enforce these rules uniformly to keep our operations fair and smooth for everyone.Thank you for your cooperation, your understanding, and for helping us maintain a seamless process for the entire community.
