Why did you start your business?

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in business is this:

You can only grow as far as the people around you are willing to grow with you.

No business, organization, team, or leader succeeds alone. It takes people who are fully bought in to the mission, committed to serving others, and willing to show up every day ready to make a difference.

That’s exactly who Kyle Vance is.

Nearly 7 years ago, Kyle joined the Shafer team as a Comfort Advisor. Since then, he’s continued to learn, grow, lead, and embrace every challenge placed in front of him. Today, he serves as our VP of Operations and oversees the day-to-day operations that keep our team moving forward and our clients receiving the level of service they deserve.

More importantly, Kyle cares.

He cares about our team.
He cares about our clients.
He cares about our mission.
And he cares about doing things the right way.
