Family owned, Hillsboro based, full service sign shop providing signs, banners, decals, vehicle grap in October of 1998.

Impact Sign Company is a locally owned, independent sign company that was founded and still owned by Scott and Sandi Proctor in Hillsboro, Oregon. Scott worked in corporate America for over 30 years before an unexpected change forced him to reevaluate his career direction. Sandi, a former music educator, with Scott embraced the change and after careful searching, opened Impact Sign Co. Over the past 21 years the entire family has worked for the company. Knowing they have an opportunity to support the community they love, has been a real joy. Now over two decade later, ISC is a leader in multi-faceted sign solutions for individuals, organizations and both large and small businesses. We use vinyl, large format digital printing that can produce banners, trade show displays, interior branded designs, construction & yard signs, vehicle wraps/graphics and much more. Our team of employees includes in-house installers for projects of all sizes & in-house graphic designer.

We recently refreshed the graphics on this Alumaweld Super Vee! From clean, precise lettering to custom brand logos (Aloha, Dakine, and Alumaweld), fresh vinyl decals can make an older boat look brand new or give a new one a unique custom touch.

We don't just do work vehicles—we handle boats, trailers, and custom recreational graphics, too!

Fresh graphics ready for the road!

We recently had the pleasure of wrapping this utility trailer for the team at Riverbank Construction LLC! From crisp, clean typography showcasing all their core services to their eye-catching logo, this trailer is now a mobile billboard that works 24/7.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness have protected the freedoms we enjoy every day. As we spend time with family and friends this holiday weekend, we reflect on those who gave everything for our nation and the families who continue to carry their legacy.

From all of us at Impact Sign Co., thank you to our fallen heroes and their loved ones. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

We’re excited to share the new vehicle graphics Impact Sign Co recently completed for Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) Nature Center on their new Toyota.

This clean, modern design highlights the Nature Center brand while recognizing the support of the PGE Drive Change Fund, made possible through the Oregon DEQ’s Clean Fuels Program. It’s always rewarding to help organizations showcase both their mission and the partnerships that make projects like this possible.

From precise logo placement to durable, long-lasting vinyl application, our team made sure this vehicle is ready to represent THPRD throughout the community.

Thank you, THPRD, for trusting Impact Sign Co with another project that makes a difference.

Trade Show Presence = Elevated. Literally.

Impact Sign partnered with Shapes Unlimited, Inc. to produce a full suite of trade show signage and branded display elements, and this booth made a statement from every angle.

* Large-format suspended cube banner
* Custom wall graphics & dimensional branding
* Product panels with high-impact visuals
* Clean, cohesive brand integration throughout the space

When your brand is visible from across the convention hall, conversations start before you even say a word.

Proud to help Shapes Unlimited and PrimeAlux stand tall on the show floor.

If you're investing in a trade show, make sure your signage works as hard as your team does.

Another unique project in the books for Impact Sign Co.

We recently completed a custom vinyl wrap for a hyperbaric chamber...Talk about a statement piece!

This wasn’t your typical flat-surface install; wrapping a cylindrical medical chamber takes precision, patience, and serious attention to detail. From clean seams to smooth curves, our team ensured a flawless finish that elevates the appearance while protecting the surface.

Whether it’s storefront windows, fleet graphics, equipment wraps, or specialty projects like this one, we love helping local businesses make an impact!

If you have an unconventional surface that needs branding, we’re ready for the challenge.
