Join a writing workshop offered by two of our WIN members—Patricia Sullivan and Cindy Stubbs. Patricia is leading another nature-inspired writing workshop at Firefly Farm on September 12. Dig It! is designed to help you slow down and explore the transformative power of writing.

Our writing theme will be digging, whether that's reflecting on what you've unearthed about yourself over the past year, exploring your ancestral roots and lineage, or delving into other uncharted terrain or turning points in your life.

Open to participants of all writing skill levels. The focus is personal, reflective writing.

Patricia Sullivan is an editor, author, book coach, web designer, and the owner of Three Crows Press, LLC. She enjoys supporting others to discover their creative potential and to achieve their communication and publication goals.

Patricia’s strength is helping others tell their stories, and she brings a rare mix of writing, editorial, and senior leadership skills to her client work. Her background includes master’s degrees in both English and psychology—as well as a past role as a clinical director in UCSF’s Department of Psychiatry. This week Patricia will be discussing her book coaching, publishing, and web design services.

This week's speaker is Kelli Kurtovic. Kelli started sewing when she was around 8 years old. Over the years, she dabbled in sewing mainly making things for her home - like pillows, curtains and quilts. After leaving the corporate world in 2024, her love of sewing was reignited, and she started her Etsy shop, Circles and Symmetry, where she sells handmade goods from several crafting techniques including sewing, woodburning, string art, and embroidery. Currently, she is working to launch a handbag line known as Kurtović Designs in high end boutiques across the country.
