Had a great conversation with Menachem Brodie of Human Vortex Training about a whole bunch of things including how to seize on opportunities to make big picture evaluations of your strengths and weaknesses, mastering training fundamentals instead of getting lost in marginal gains, as well as a little bit on training and racing psychology. If you haven't heard Menachem before or read his book "The Vortex Method", he is one of the best coaches out there specializing in strength training for cyclists and triathletes. I'd also highly recommend subscribing to his podcast, "The Strong Savvy Cyclist and Triathlete", where he brings on a range of experts that you won't find anywhere else.
