A brute of a Michigan deer sent home the other day. Season is fast approaching!

Price list for deer season 2026! any successful hunters this weekend will receive $25 off any European mount and $100 off any shoulder mount as long as they are brought in by end of day the 13th.

Visit our display at M & M Smokehouse to explore this year's European mount options. M&M Smokehouse is once again serving as a drop-off point for us this year. You can drop off your deer for processing, and we will handle the pickup to ensure your skull is cleaned and prepared for a European mount at the same time. Please be sure to fill out all paperwork completely!

Employee Highlight – The Boss - Brad Dunlap

We’ve highlighted some of the people behind Dunlap’s Taxidermy, but there’s one person who deserves his own.

Dunlap’s Taxidermy wouldn’t exist without the guy who took a chance on something he loved and decided to make it his full-time career.

What most people see is the finished product. What they don’t see are all the hours and work that happen in the background to get it there. The dirty work, the long days during deer season, keeping track of everything coming in and going out, answering customers, and constantly figuring out what needs to happen next to keep everything moving.

There’s a lot more that goes into running this business than working on a deer skull, and most of it happens where nobody sees it.

He’s the one who keeps the flow going from the time a deer comes through the door until it’s ready to go back home. When deer season hits and everything gets crazy, he somehow keeps track of it all and makes sure the work gets done.

Now, could he do it without us? Absolutely not. 🤪 This is still very much a family business, and it takes all of us to keep things running. But he’s the one who took the leap, made this his full-time job, and carries the responsibility of keeping it all moving every single day.
