But let’s be honest — sometimes the biggest thing holding us back isn’t our circumstances… it’s our thoughts.
Common negative identity thoughts sound like:

I used to tell myself some of these same things.
I believed I wasn’t experienced enough.
I thought I needed to be “perfect” before I started.
I felt like others were more qualified, more confident, more ready.
But here’s what changed everything for me:

The moment I became aware that these were just thoughts — not facts — I took my power back.
Negative beliefs often come from past experiences, fear, or comparison. But they are not your identity. They are stories you’ve been repeating.
And the beautiful part?
What you learned, you can unlearn.
Awareness is the first step to change because you cannot transform what you refuse to acknowledge.
So today, ask yourself:
What story have I been telling myself?
And is it really true?
