Customer stated their storefront lock was not working properly. It would get stuck intermittently when trying to lock it. Customer said they were scared it wouldn’t lock one night and they wouldn’t be able to secure the door. I came by as soon as I could and within 20 minutes diagnosed the issue and was able to realign the rod that was getting stuck. Now their storefront will work just fine and they no longer need to worry. (843) 505-2803

Customer states they were out of town and needed us to come by and check on their hardware. They claimed there was something wrong with the locking mechanism on the front door and they had to use a master lock pad lock to keep it closed. I had to explain to them over the phone that nothing was wrong with the lock it was just unique. They had to lift the handle up to engage the rods before locking the door. Once I explained it to them over the phone I took a trip charge and went on my way, saving them a big headache if there actually was something wrong with this multipoint lock.

Customer stated their k**b wasn’t working properly with the key and without. The k**b wouldn’t open and was stuck closed. I was able to take the plate off and inspect the latch. The latch was broken so we had to physically remove it piece by piece until I got the door open. The customer was happy they were able to use their door again and I offered them a replacement but they insisted on getting their own. Once they got it I was able to swap the hardware out with no issues and now the customer is satisfied that their door is back in working order!

Customer stated they needed a key made for their door keypad. Their contractor lost the key and they needed it rekeyed so they didn’t have any access.
