Sorry for the hiatus. I am back!! First thoughts today ...

I just love Colin Powell. Here is a statement from him. Would you agree?

"Leadership is solving problems. The day your soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help them or concluded that you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership".

These are two of my recent classes in Leadership. They can solve problems!

Twelve glorious days in the N.C. mountains with friends and family. Honored to facilitate a True Colors program for a brand new elementary school in my home town while I was there. I do find answers to my questions about our country in the motion of the waterfalls and found some stillness and peace in the wilds of those hills. The eclipse was outstanding from our vantage point. Hope you all have a super duper week. -
