Canoochee EMC Announces New Hinesville Office!

As approved by the Board of Directors during the September meeting, Canoochee EMC has begun construction on a new Hinesville office to accommodate our cooperative’s continued growth and to better serve our member-owners. The new facility will replace our existing office, which we have outgrown as our membership and service needs continue to expand.

The new office is being built on the same site as our current Hinesville location and will provide additional space for employees, modern amenities to better meet the needs of our growing community and improve member services.

During construction, all member services, including bill payment and customer service, will continue without interruption at our temporary office:
5195 GA Highway 196, Suite A
Hinesville, GA 31313

We will begin operating from our temporary location on Monday, November 2, 2026. The last day of operations at our current Hinesville office will be Friday, October 30, 2026, with the office closing at noon.

We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this transition. We look forward to welcoming our members to a new facility designed to better serve our community for years to come.

🎉 ARCH FEST & TRAIN DAY 2026 — IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION 🎉

Arch Fest and Train Day are just around the corner! As you make plans to join us in Historic Downtown Jesup on Saturday, October 17th, please take a few minutes to review the attached event map.

🚧 MOST IMPORTANTLY — PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ROAD CLOSURES AND PARKING INFORMATION.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURES
Road closures will begin early Saturday morning for event setup and will include:

• W. Cherry Street
• Portions of N. & S. Macon Streets
• Portions of NW & SW Broad Streets

🚫 NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
There will be no overnight parking in the event area or City parking lot prior to Arch Fest. Please make sure vehicles are moved before event setup begins.

🅿️ PARKING
On-street parking will be available throughout Downtown Jesup. Please plan ahead and allow extra time to park and walk to the event.

🚗 MISTY’S PHARMACY ACCESS
One lane of traffic will remain open on NW Broad Street to provide access to Misty’s Pharmacy Drive-thru. Please follow all traffic signs and directions.
