Hey all, friendly reminder from your local HVAC specialists. With the current heat wave we are experiencing, don't forget to stay hydrated and keep cool. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes and have periodic cool down sessions, especially when working out in the heat. Keep an eye out for The signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion:
headaches.
having a raised body temperature.
sweating heavily.
fatigue, weakness, and restlessness.
nausea and vomiting.
weak, rapid pulse.
poor coordination.
