Here’s something I truly believe. ❤️

Being curious is good. But being informed is even better.

After more than 25 years in healthcare, I’ve learned that understanding a process matters just as much as following it.

And I believe the same principle applies when exploring a digital business.

Sometimes people hesitate to ask questions because they don’t want to sound negative or inexperienced.

But I see things differently.

When someone reaches out to learn about my digital business, I actually appreciate thoughtful questions!

💬 What exactly does the business involve?

💬 What are the costs, and how does the compensation model work?

💬 What kind of training and mentorship is available?

💬 How much time and personal effort will I need to put in?

These are important things to understand before making any decision.

One thing I’ve learned throughout my own journey is that a business should be understood, not simply believed in because someone else is excited about it.

Yes, I enjoy learning new digital skills.

Yes, I appreciate having mentors and a supportive community.

And yes, I’m grateful that I can explore this journey alongside my healthcare career.

But that doesn’t mean it’s automatically the right fit for everyone.

And that’s okay!

💚 “I Can Talk to Patients All Day… But Sharing My Own Story Online? That’s Different!”

After more than 25 years in healthcare, communicating with patients has become a natural part of my everyday life.

But sharing my personal journey on social media is a completely different experience!

When I started exploring the digital world, I realized something interesting.

Knowing how to communicate professionally and learning how to share your own story are two different skills.

I had to learn how to express my thoughts, create content, and connect with people in a new way.

And here’s what I’ve discovered. ❤️

People don’t always connect with perfectly written captions or beautiful pictures.

Sometimes they connect with something much simpler.

A genuine experience.

A relatable moment.

A woman who is still learning, just like they are.

That’s why I started sharing more about my life beyond healthcare.

Not because I have everything figured out.

But because my journey is still unfolding.

Some days I’m wearing scrubs, caring for patients.

Other days I’m learning digital skills, attending training, or sharing something I’ve discovered.

Both are part of who I am.

And I’ve learned that I don’t have to become a completely different person to explore something new.

I can simply keep growing into the person I’m becoming. 🌷

When I first started exploring digital business, one word kept coming up: automation.

And I wondered what that actually meant.

After spending more than 25 years in healthcare, I know how important personal attention and communication are.

So I wanted to understand how technology and genuine human connections could work together.

Here’s what I’ve learned. ❤️

In my digital business, systems help organize information and make the learning process easier to follow.

When someone is curious, they can receive an introductory video explaining the business model.

They can review the information at their own pace, and automated follow-ups can help them find the next steps.

But here’s the important part.

Technology can support communication, but it doesn’t replace genuine relationships.

There are still real conversations, questions, guidance, training, and mentorship.

And just like learning any new skill, building a digital business requires time, participation, and consistency.

What I appreciate most is that I can continue my healthcare career while learning how these digital systems work.

I’m not trying to become someone completely different.

One thing I’ve learned through my digital journey is that not every conversation needs to turn into a business decision. ❤️

Working in healthcare for over 25 years has taught me the importance of listening, understanding, and treating people with respect.

And I believe those same values belong in the digital world.

After spending more than 25 years in healthcare, one thing I understand is the importance of having a system.

Think about it. In healthcare, we don’t walk into our day guessing what to do next.

We follow procedures, learn from experienced people, and use the tools available to us.

When I stepped into the digital business world, I discovered something similar. ❤️

I didn’t have to create every process from scratch.

There was step-by-step training to follow, mentorship when I needed guidance, and systems to help me understand how things worked.

But here’s something important:

Having a system doesn’t mean success happens automatically.

You still have to learn, practice, stay consistent, and put in the effort.

And that’s what I’ve been doing alongside my healthcare career.

Some days I learn something new. Other days I improve something I’ve already learned.
