Jessani is on the the New Jersey Judiciary's Administrative Office of the Courts' (AOC) roster of mediators under Rule 1:40 for both Family/Divorce and Business/Civil Cases. Additionally, for complex and high conflict cases, we offer collaborative mediation services, a hybrid of mediation and

collaborative law. Changes in circumstances as well as the child's age may necessitate new arrangements. We pecialize in providing post-divorce mediation services. We also offer coaching/consulting to individual businesses and organizations going through the mediation process, where we are not serving as the mediator.

What's been your experience when potential clients ask you to review the draft MOU that they have prepared on their own. This three-minute video addresses the benefits and pitfalls of AI in divorce mediation. While I am glad clients take the time to explore solutions, these draft agreements are so problematic and end up making the mediation process more costly rather than saving the clients money. Fellow mediators - I am sure you can relate. A potential client calls to make an appointment, and you first confirm there are no conflicts or DV issues.
