The form that is attached has been modified from the official form.

If you have received this email, block the sender and delete the email.

DON’T FALL FOR THIS ONE

The newest phishing scam is a request for a safety audit via email. It looks very official.

But this email does not come from a .gov email address. The link does not take you to a .gov website.

In the picture see the addresses in red, not from the government.

When you click the link you will be asked for your USDOT number, FMCSA PIN code, and your EIN. Don’t do it. You will be compromising not only your USDOT # but also your business id.

When in doubt, call FMCSA at 800-832-5660. Or the state agency that governs motor carriers.

Curtis Eugene Bunting, 64, of Olmitz, Kansas, died on Saturday, June 04, 2022, at the Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington, Kansas.

We lost a part of the GA family this weekend. Curtis lost his fight with melanoma on Saturday.

Curtis was a valuable and beloved part of our family. He will be greatly missed!

Services are Friday at Pohlman Varner Peeler Mortuary in Russell, Ks at 1:30pm. Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm Friday.

If you are wanting to get a CDL, you’ll need to sign up with a training provider starting today.

FMCSA Training Provider Registry
The Training Provider Registry is now fully operational and mandatory use is in effect.

Individuals seeking to apply for a Class A or Class B CDL for the first time, upgrade their Class B to a Class A CDL, or apply for a P, S, or H endorsement for the first time must now complete the training required by the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations before being permitted to take the required skills or knowledge test.

Individuals seeking one of the licenses or endorsements above must use the Training Provider Registry to search for a registered training provider.

All entities that provide entry-level driver training must be registered in the Training Provider Registry and use it submit driver training certification records within two business days of a driver’s training completion.
