Born and raised here in Pasco County, Josh has spent his entire working life in the "appliance world". He ran a local appliance store for many years until shortly after the passing of the owner, the man he learned everything he knows from, his father.

We have to take a moment to brag about how awesome our customers are. ❤️
While Josh was completing a repair on a refrigerator a sweet customer gave him one of these glow balls to show her gratitude for helping them as budget friendly as possible.
While there, Josh ordered two more to give to his daughter for her birthday because he wanted to support the customer's small business/hobby.
A week or so later the customer called and said her refrigerator door wasn't closing right. Josh shot right over only to find out she only called him to give him the other two because she was so thankful. How sweet is that? It's the little things that make it all worth it. 🥰
P.S. they also light up and change colors. So fun.

Our hearts are broken for everyone impacted by this tragic flooding. If your appliances have seen the flood waters, do not attempt to use them. Give them time to dry out. If possible, take an air compressor to any of the electronics to attempt to save them. We are here and ready to help anyone who needs help. We will work with you and help the best we can. We have all been hurt by this hurricane and we're ready to help the community we've grown up in the best we can.
