Little Easter weekend and through the week fun workout I made and sent to one of my clients that her daughter and grandkids live with her! Since she had to miss lately I have been sending workouts but thought this would be fun for all of them! Of course depends on space and how many people for at least the duck, duck, goose!
Bunny sack races even if it’s imaginary sacks! Or old pillow cases for the kids and a kitchen garbage bag for adults? Jump with both feet bunny hops forward (like sack races!) and back. If you have plastic eggs or a couple toys/stuffed animals have them at one end and grab go back and forth dropping the object and picking up! Then go backward hopping there and back same thing/ Then side to side same thing side hop both feet side hopping and back to start dropping and picking up that object. Once back at start with each round- everyone does standing high knees to opposite elbow/ standing leg lift both arms over head reach for that leg, run in place, butt kicks or whatever you choose)
Play Follow the leader (if you have bunny ears headband, leader could wear that and if you can put music on even better!!! Before you start, If you have spray paint or something spray a curvy, winding trail around the yard or chalk down the drive or sidewalk use your imagination add figure 8, zigzag, circle, straight line whatever and follow that. Have someone be the leader to the end walking, high knees, quick sprint, put an X here and there in the trail and make that a freestyle exercise or dance for 30-60 seconds
Play duck duck goose and if the person tags the person they have to do an exercise (jumping jacks, squats, push ups, any form of crunches etc) but if they make it back to their spot the chaser has to do the exercises!
Then end with some more stretching.
