Today, my 9 year old helped with breakfast French toast, chicken apple sausages, eggs (forgot to take a pic) and homemade pizza for lunch.

Each of the children have an assigned day to help with meal prep. I have a small kitchen so it helps me tremendously. No more fighting over who will be my helper, I get one on one time with each of them and they take on some of the heavy lifting 😉

MSTA34 Authority Day 2021 trip

a new annual tradition??

Authority Day 2021:
Temple 34 took an epic first voyage out to Six Flags Great Adventure amusement park for our Annual Authority Day celebration. A day of 90 degree sun, fun and games for the youth and excitement for our families. We wanted to make a day that the youth could look forward to and enjoy, a day of further bonding, in a different setting.

Special credit to Sister T. Hamilton-El who helped to spark this idea a few years ago.
