Swarm season is here and you know who couldn't be more excited!!! Bring on the hectic calls to drop everything and come running. A tiring but such rewarding time of year. I've got the opportunity to meet some fascinating people and spread some knowledge about bees (you know knowledge is power) couldn't be happier!!!!

Well it's that time of year in creston, prepping to bring the hives out to work their magic in the onions. Lots of long drives and sleepless nights, but plus side we get fun toys to play with!!!

Caught this one just in time before it swarmed, with a quick box addition onto the top these ladies decided that they would stay a little longer. Always a good sign when hives are growing and prospering

What a great way to spend a Saturday, building new boxes to hopefully fill with bees!!!!! Have some great helpers today making sure the future tenants have a beautiful and protected home.

Well Spring is finally here, although it's been feeling more like summer. Things are in full swing out in Creston at the farm, the onions are starting to develop seed stocks, veggies are getting ready to be planted and the bees are busy as ever. Swarm season is here again, and we're gearing up!!!! Just as a reminder if you or someone you know encounters a loose swarm we will remove and relocate them for FREE anywhere in the county.
