DOCUMENT PRODUCTION

Letters & Reports - Your work will be given a professional look, either using your own stationery or I can supply stationery for you.

Copy Typing - From either printed or hand written sources.

Document Production - Manuscripts, white papers, proposals, invoices, memoirs, and life histories – no job too big or too small.

Existing Document Scanning - have your documents electronically accessible any time on your computer.

Proofreading - All work is carefully checked for spelling, punctuation, grammatical errors and amended accordingly, with prior consent of the customer. I am also happy to proofread any document not produced by me. Proof reading is vitally important too, but many business owners don’t bother, often resulting in errors, which creates a very bad impression. Proof reading of numerical input is just as important, as it could result in misleading data or charging the incorrect amount.

PRESENTATION & DESIGN

PowerPoint Presentations - Using your own personal logos or pictures give either a corporate or individual look to your presentations – and ensure a uniform look to your presentation.

Design - Handouts and fliers to aid with marketing your individual brand or logo

Direct Mailing - Simply supply me with the information (i.e. spreadsheets) by email, fax or mail and I will do the rest, and even mail it for you if required. I can supply all stationery.

Labels - for multiple uses (standard address labels, self -addressed labels – ideal for Christmas address lists).

Recently “secretarial work” has stopped being an evenly timed requirement over any working period. There is no such thing as a normal work week for most companies ... one week is busy with reports, meetings and preparations needed and the next week only a few letters are needed. If you were to hire staff this would incur unnecessary costs – the best solution to this is to hire somebody “by the hour” simply paying for the used time.
