During these trying times, remote services like zoom have become of paramount importance, unfortunately with that, come multiple issues. Here are some quick and efficient ways to help make your zoom experience better.
If you are experiencing echos during a call, try moving to a quieter place or making sure you don't have your telephone audio and computer audio running at the same time
If you are lagging or freezing during calls, try shutting off all other apps, lowering your video quality and talk to your internet provider. Zoom should be run at 1Mbps download speed and 800Kbps upload speed for optimal experience.
If you are having trouble sharing your screen with others, make sure you test your internet connection, double check your settings, shutting off all other calls and unchecking the Start With Video box, which can be found under the Home section
