Hey - thanks for checking out my new services!! It's been a while on this page and so I want to re-introduce myself. My name is Romaine Brown Palmer and I love coaches. I've loved being a coach, I love working with coaches and I love helping coaches in the intangible areas of support that specifically apply to the coaching industry. 
 
Lovingly referred to as The Brain by my clients, my passion is the process and I thrive in environments that require service-oriented leadership. I've been in operations for over 20 years - 7 of those years as a virtual assistant, and project manager to coaches.

Helping coaches is my zone of genius but it's important to note that I don't replace anyone on your team. As a matter of fact, the role I fill for coaches may not appear on your org chart. 
 
I fill in the gaps of the support needs of your coaching business. Those gaps that you couldn't quite figure out were missing in your business. You probably thought this service did not exist.
