Bengoa Construction is growing, and we're looking for an Estimator to join our team.

We're seeking a detail-oriented construction professional who understands how to evaluate complex scopes, identify opportunities and risks, and develop accurate, competitive estimates-particularly within structural concrete restoration, repair, waterproofing, and occupied-building construction.
At Bengoa, estimating is more than putting numbers to a set of plans. Our estimators play an important role in how we pursue work, collaborate with engineers and clients, and position projects for success long before construction begins.

The ideal candidate brings:
• Construction estimating experience
• Strong plan, specification, and scope review skills
• Experience with takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor pricing, and bid preparation
• Knowledge of concrete restoration and waterproofing is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
