I can’t believe it’s been a year since this conversation. It is even more relevant today than ever. Many thanks to Simone Sokol for participating in the conversation and Isabelle Pigault for moving this important work forward at Holmdel High School!

I was overjoyed to learn that Holmdel High School has been recognized by Character.org for their Peer Table Talks program that was introduced by a Junior Pigault earlier this year based on her great work with our Roundtable Talks program! Congratulations Isabelle for the leadership and to Holmdel High School and the rest of the Peer Leaders! Keep up the great work!

Folks! A quick announcement. After an 'interesting' 2020, I'm joining forces with a large Consulting firm. I accepted a position as Director/Practice Lead for Organizational Effectiveness at www.slalom.com. Slalom is a modern consulting firm focused on strategic, digital, and organizational transformation, which should keep me pretty busy! With thousands of consultants worldwide, I will enjoy a huge brain trust as I work on building a team and practice for the Westchester/Southern Connecticut market...very exciting!

If you see my announcement coming through LinkedIn this week, pop in and say hello 🙂 And if you know of anyone who could use change/transformation services, definitely let me know!
