At Vonage, the numbers tell a meaningful story. Women now make up 31% of our total workforce, a five-year high and above the 27% industry average for women in tech. Nearly 30% of women at Vonage also hold leadership roles.
Behind these numbers is a community driving real change: 🚀 the Employee Resource Group, a catalyst for accelerating the career trajectories of women through leadership development, sponsorship, and intentional advocacy.
As we celebrate 25 years of Vonage, our commitment to equality is also part of the story. Championing the people who power our connections has always been at our core, and the Women of Vonage ERG continues to build on that legacy.
There’s more work to do. While we’re hiring women at a record pace, we need to ensure that pipeline translates into leadership. That’s exactly what the Women of Vonage ERG is focused on in 2026.
Because progress isn’t just about where we are today. It’s about creating more opportunities for women to lead what comes next.
