🏡 Meet Angela Czerwinski, WNB Mortgage Lender, NMLS # 402403

September is Mortgage Professionals Month, and we're excited to introduce the people behind the home loan process at WNB Financial.

Today, we're spotlighting Angela, Mortgage Loan Officer.

Angela loves helping clients navigate some of life's biggest milestones, whether they're buying their first home, growing their family, purchasing a vacation property, or pursuing a new business venture. She finds great fulfillment in helping people achieve their goals and celebrating those exciting moments alongside them.

⚾ When she's not at work, you'll likely find her cheering on her children at baseball games, dance recitals, gymnastics events, and other activities. Much of her free time revolves around the sports and clubs her kids enjoy.

🏘️ Her favorite thing about the community she serves? The people. Angela appreciates the "Wisconsin nice" spirit and the way community members generously give their time and talents to support causes they care about.

💡 Her advice for first-time homebuyers: Take time to review your budget and determine what monthly housing payment feels comfortable for you. Knowing what fits your lifestyle is an important first step in the homebuying journey.

✅ And one mortgage myth she'd love to bust? You don't need a 20% down payment to buy a home. Many buyers are surprised to learn there may be options available with much less down.
