✨ Strong Communication Skills Required

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team! If you have experience handling administrative tasks, managing sensitive information, and working with large files efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter legal order data and identify duplicates or missing information
• Ensure orders are complete and compliant with billing protocols
• Manage and update billing rates tied to specific clients
• Track and respond to requests using Microsoft Outlook
• Process legal paperwork via fax, mail, courier, or hand-delivery
• Calculate waiver, due, and order dates with precision
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide administrative support to managers, billing, and expeditor teams

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
✔ Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat/PDF management
✔ Ability to handle large files and document conversions efficiently
✔ Reliable computer with fast processing speed
✔ Second monitor setup is REQUIRED for productivity and multitasking
✔ Previous data entry or legal/medical administrative experience is a plus
