🔥 Quadra-Fire Castile Burn Pot Replacement in Springfield, MA 🔧

Today I was out in Springfield working on a Quadra-Fire Castile that needed some serious attention.

The original cast-iron burn pot was old, worn out, and broken, and to make things more interesting, I also had to deal with broken/seized bolts during removal. Definitely not a simple “unbolt it and swap it” repair!

I took my time removing the damaged components and broken hardware, cleaned and prepped everything properly, and installed the new burn pot assembly.

Another Castile repaired and ready for the upcoming heating season. 🔥💪

This is the kind of work I love — not just cleaning pellet stoves, but actually repairing them and keeping them running safely and reliably.

The slow season isn’t downtime—it’s prep time.

Spent the day reorganizing the service vehicle and stocking up on the parts that keep your stove running safely and efficiently. Door and glass gaskets, igniters, blowers, motors, switches, fuses, and all the little things that help get your stove repaired on the first visit.

The goal is simple: Less waiting, fewer return trips, and faster service for my customers.

The best part of today? My daughter Grace had an absolute blast helping her dada clean and organize the service vehicle. ❤️ It may have taken a little longer with my tiny helper, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
