Well yesterday I catered a celebration of life for a friend. I was told it was 50 to 60 people. Well let's just say I'm very lucky that I knew the people. It ended up being about a hundred or more people that showed up. Something told me to make a lot of extra food let's just say it went over very well with plenty of leftovers. I want to thank Jim and Kelly Burke for giving me a hand when needed. I hope everyone enjoyed the food and ofcourse I did not take pics.
