H&B Customer Service Representatives work as part of a team of experts to amaze customers with our prompt, courteous, knowledgeable support on inquiries and requests for products & services; accepting & processing payments; maintaining customer & inventory records and other duties and projects as requested. This role is a learning role, where our CSRs are building skills and competencies in these areas while also demonstrating world-class skills in courtesy, kindness, timely resolution, tech-savvy, value creation, and relationship building. Customer service experience is preferred, basic computer skills are required and dedicated team member a must! Comprehensive benefit plan available.
