Due to extreme temperatures throughout our service territory this week we will be suspending disconnects for non payment on all residential electric accounts.

*If you have a prepay account and it accrues a balance this week it would need to be paid in full before disconnects resume to avoid interruption in your electric service on Monday July 13th.*

Clinch County Power Outage: We have a broken pole north of Homerville. We are working on getting that pole replaced please be prepared this could take a couple of hours to have everything restored.

12:00PM - UPDATE: Our phones are back working.

UPDATE: OUR PHONES SHOULD BE PARTIALLY WORKING AGAIN AS OF 9:15 AM, IT IS ROUTING TO OUR DISPATCH CENTER SO YOU ARE ABLE TO REPORT OUTAGES AND MAKE PAYMENTS.

We are currently experiencing a phone issue with inbound calls and are working actively on fixing the issue. Follow along for updates. In case of emergency while our phones are down please contact 911.

Our website and payment portal are currently down. We are unable to take any payments at this time. This problem should be resolved after lunch today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update: All power is restored as of 1:20 pm.

Lanier County Power Outage: We are aware of a widespread power outage affecting the North Circuit of Lakeland. We do have crews headed that way to begin restoration.

Echols County Update 2:00 pm: all power should be restored in this area if you are still without power please reach out to our office.

Echols County Update: We have several crews working this area. We have a few different issues in this area. We are aware of several trees on lines, areas with lines down, and a few poles that have to be reframed. We ask for patience as we work to restore all power.

We are aware of power outages in the Echols county area. We have crews headed your way to get that restored.
