Out with the old, in with the new! 🔨 Another cracked lot bites the dust. We were out in the neighborhood today performing a full concrete tear-out and haul-off.

Building a concrete foundation involves grading and clearing the site, digging footings, pouring an 8-inch footer, laying masonry blocks, installing hurricane straps or anchor bolts, filling with stone base, installing a moisture barrier, placing rebar every two feet or wire mesh, forming up for concrete, pouring concrete, and troweling for a finished product.

Guys did a great job on my stone foundation for my shed that is being built on site tomorrow. My property is off level and they did a great job. That base will outlast a damm earthquake lol. Did not tear up my property with there machine either. Guys were on-time, respectful and cleaned up like they were never here when they were done."
