Through their website I scheduled a pick-up and included photos of office furniture that needed removal. Within 15minutes Myrtle called, and she promptly followed up with an email and an estimate. After our Department let me know that we had additional items to junk—including large conference room tables, desks, and e-waste—I asked if we could instead do an on-site estimate so the team could see everything in person. Myrtle was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what to expect and walk me through their entire process.
Within just three days, we had an appointment scheduled, and Carlos and his team arrived right on time with the people and trucks needed to get the job done. They were cordial, professional, efficient, and incredibly prepared. They worked quickly and made what could have been a stressful project feel very easy. We will definitely be using them again!"
