Mahalo to the dedicated teams working around the clock from the Emergency Operations Center to support Kauaʻi communities. We’re proud to stand alongside partners like KIUC, KEMA, county agencies, and first responders to help restore and maintain critical services when our communities need them most. Special mahalo to our own Kui Lee and everyone working behind the scenes to keep Hawaiʻi connected.

KIUC's Scott Sato has been working day and night from the Emergency Operations Center with partners like KEMA's Sky Asio and Kui Lee from Hawaiian Telcom to restore critical services for Kauai residents. We'd like to give a big shoutout to everyone working so hard in the EOC to meet the needs of our community from Haena to Kokee.

If you were impacted by Hurricane Lowell and are on Kauaʻi, Hawaiian Telcom has established internet service at Hale Līhuʻe to help residents stay connected during recovery efforts. Hale Līhuʻe will have free internet, water refilling, food distribution and more from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - Saturday. Their on-site coffee bar, Hā Coffee, will be open with a limited menu.

🕒 Open from Monday - Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, while supplies last.
🛜 Look for "HT Community WiFi (Lihue)" for fast and free, Fioptics internet.
