Meet the Team Behind Air Masters Inc!
Aloha! My name is Christian Louie, and standing next to me is my dad, Sherman Louie, who founded Air Masters Inc. back in 1993. Together, we operate Air Masters right here in Honolulu, Hawaii.
I was born and raised in Honolulu and grew up watching my dad run this business. From a young age, I saw firsthand what it meant to show up for customers, work long days, and take pride in doing things the right way. In high school, I spent my summer breaks installing AC units and helping out in the office. That’s when I realized I genuinely enjoyed being part of the family business - not just because I was working with my dad, but because we were providing a real service to the community.
After graduating high school in 2020, I joined the Air Masters team full-time. I’ve worked in the field doing installations and maintenance, handled office operations, and learned every part of the business from the ground up. That hands-on experience has shaped how we operate today and how we treat our customers.
Air Masters has always been built on simple values: honesty, quality workmanship, and standing behind our work. We don’t believe in shortcuts or pressure sales, just clear communication, proper system design, and reliable service you can trust.
