From finance to frozen treats, Justin Udom turned one bold idea into a growing Hawaiʻi-made brand.

Since launching Pop Culture Artisan Pops in 2020, Justin has grown the business from farmers markets to distribution at about 25 locations, while continuing to create chef-crafted pops inspired by local flavors.

Along the way, Hawaiʻi SBDC supported Justin with business planning, wholesale strategy, financial guidance, funding preparation, and more.

Pop Culture has also partnered with Girl Scouts of Hawaiʻi through the Cookie Boss initiative, helping celebrate youth entrepreneurship, leadership, and real-world business skills.
