In a poll of 78 leaders, 47% said their biggest potential regret was "not having better relationships."

It’s a question worth asking ourselves now: Are we giving our relationships the attention they deserve?

A little time away can be good for the soul ✨

Debbie recently returned from a truly unplugged trip to New York City, taking in the energy of the city — from Central Park to New York Fashion Week to Brooklyn — while catching up with friends and experiencing new things.

As much as we need to show up fully at work, making time to rest, learn, and enjoy life outside of our daily routines allows us to reset, so we can show up fully in our life and leadership.
