Thereâs no transition period. No warm-up lap. You just land, unpack, and go â because the kids still need to be taken cared of and the workload has been waiting for you.
And somehow we do it. Not because itâs easy, but because weâre moms and weâre building something bigger than ourselves. We rest hard, then we show up harder. We donât get a re-entry plan, we just become the plan.
