WWBG LIVE — CLIP 2/10 🎤

R.I.S.E. — Rooted. Invest. Strategy. Earn.

My lane on this stage was INVEST.

And before you invest in the business, the dream, the next opportunity or the next version of your life…

Invest in YOU.

One of the greatest lessons I learned from my mentor Bob Proctor was:

“If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.”

I’ve lived that.

I’m a creative visionary. I can see something before it exists — sometimes so clearly that when I worked with architects, I would essentially create the vision and plans first. Their job was to take what I saw, make it work legally, and stamp it.

That same ability applies to rebuilding your life.

See it. Believe it. Invest in it. Then start building it.

That is Anything Is Possible For All.™

And I have something coming for those ready to put these principles into practice. 👀

📅 SAVE THE DATE: SEPTEMBER 16

I’m holding a special AIPFA Masterclass, and I’m keeping the topic a surprise for now.

WWBG LIVE — CLIP 1/10 🎤

“Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200.”

Except this wasn’t Monopoly.

My bail was $200,000, and I was sitting in the Oahu Community Correctional Center waiting for what came next.

Six months incarcerated.
3½ years at Habilitat.
10 years probation.

I became a convicted felon.

But that wasn’t the end of my story.

I earned early release from probation for exemplary conduct and work ethic, maintained a 4.0 GPA, and after two pardon applications spanning more than 15 years, I received a Governor’s pardon from the State of Hawaii in 2018.

That is why I stand on stages today and say:

Anything Is Possible For All.™

Your circumstances may become part of your story.
They do not have to become the ending.

There is nothing more meaningful than hearing how your message landed in the room.

After speaking live at the Warrior Women BALM Global event in New Jersey, I was incredibly grateful to receive five testimonials from attendees who took the time to share what they experienced.

That means a lot to me.

Because speaking is never just about getting on a stage.

It is about connection.

It is about service.

It is about giving people something they can carry with them after the event is over.

To the WWBG organizers, attendees, fellow speakers, coaches, vendors, photographers, and everyone who helped create such a welcoming experience—thank you.

And to the women who shared these testimonials with me, thank you for trusting me with your words.

This is why I keep showing up.

A new chapter does not always include the people you thought would be standing beside you.

And that’s okay.

This weekend, I had the honor of speaking live at the GSU ICON Awards in Bowie, Maryland, with Global Speakers University.

Standing on that stage reminded me how many different chapters, detours, losses, reinventions, and unexpected people can become part of the journey.

Some people come with you.

Some people don’t.

Some new people meet you exactly where the next chapter begins.

And if I can keep showing up, rebuilding, speaking, and creating a life with purpose after everything I have lived through…

you can too.

That is the heart of AIPFA — Anything Is Possible For All.

If you work with a rehab, recovery organization, nonprofit, conference, leadership team, school, women’s group, or community that needs a speaker who brings lived experience, resilience, reinvention, and hope to the stage, DM me or visit KLifeDesign.com.

I’m ready for the next room.

I’m learning to smile more, let my guard down, and enjoy being around genuinely good people.

That doesn’t mean everything behind the scenes is easy.

Sometimes the same people who say they love you are the ones calling to criticize, harass, question your growth, or tell you that you “think you’re a hot shot” because you’re finally doing something with your life.

I’ve learned something important:

I cannot carry someone else’s anger, choices, or karma.

What you see online may look like I’m traveling, speaking, laughing, and skipping from one adventure to another.

I am.

But I’m also handling real family situations, real business pressure, real losses, and real life—just like everyone else.

The difference is that I keep showing up.

I set my intentions.

I protect my energy.

I surround myself with people who actually cheer when I win.

And I keep building.

Also, if you’re in Hawaii and need household goods, message me. I have belongings that need new homes rather than seeing perfectly good things thrown away.

And if you’re a founder who needs help creating structure and profitability in your business—or an event organizer looking for an AIPFA — Anything Is Possible For All speaker—DM me. I’m ready to work.

Smile more. Protect your peace. And keep moving.

⛈️ Cradle2Cash OS™ | Episode 8: Your Internet Went Down. Your Business Shouldn’t.

If you’re a Virtual Assistant working remotely—whether you’re in the Philippines, India, Nigeria, the U.S., or anywhere else—your ability to stay connected is part of your business responsibility.

Storms happen.

Power goes out.

Internet service fails.

Technology crashes.

But you need a Plan B before you need a Plan B.

Watch the weather. Prepare for approaching storms. Check your equipment and connectivity before there’s a problem.

✔️ Maintain backup internet or hotspot access
✔️ Keep laptops, phones, chargers, cords, and necessary hardware ready
✔️ Test your software and systems regularly
✔️ Keep important work properly backed up to approved cloud storage
✔️ Know how you’ll communicate with your founder if your primary connection fails
✔️ Protect your devices and your data
✔️ Have a business-continuity plan

Why?

Because downtime costs money—for you and for the company you’re supporting.

If you lose an entire day and then rush to make up eight hours of work, quality can suffer. Deadlines get compressed. Everyone becomes stressed.

Preparation changes that.

I’ve personally found that some of my most productive work can happen during bad weather because I prepare for it.

I even travel with my own connectivity options. I don’t want my ability to work—or the security of my business—to depend entirely on hotel Wi-Fi.

And founders: this is something you should be discussing when you vet and onboard remote team members.

Don’t wait for the storm to discover there was never a backup plan.

Cradle2Cash isn’t only about generating revenue.

It’s about building the systems that protect your ability to keep generating it.

What an incredible experience at the Warrior Women BALM Global Conference: R.I.S.E. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

The speakers were powerful, the audience was warm and welcoming, and the energy in the room was something special.

We had people joining us from New Jersey, Philadelphia, Upstate New York, and beyond—and every person brought something valuable to the experience.

I also loved seeing vendors and business resources there educating entrepreneurs and leaders on tools that can help them grow, including platforms like GoHighLevel.

To the organizers, speakers, coaches, vendors, photographers, volunteers, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you for creating a space where people felt seen, heard, and supported.

I would absolutely love to return and speak at the next event.

My keynote, AIPFA — Anything Is Possible For All, is built around resilience, reinvention, leadership, and crossing the bridges that take us into our next chapter.

If your organization, conference, company, or community is looking for a speaker who brings real-life experience and a message of possibility, I’m ready.
DM me to connect.

EPISODE 3 — BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PLANT IN SOMEONE’S MIND.

When my son was growing up, the version of me he heard was not the version I knew myself to be.

From my perspective, gossip about my past was repeated, amplified, and turned into something frightening. Instead of encouraging reconnection, I became the person he was warned about.

Even being told, “We’ll drop you off with her,” was reportedly used as a scare tactic when he misbehaved.

Imagine what that can plant in a child’s subconscious over years.

One person involved eventually apologized to me before he passed and acknowledged the role he had played. That mattered.

But this lesson is bigger than my family.

Be careful what you repeatedly put into another person’s mind.

Your child.

Your employee.

Your spouse.

Your friend.

And especially yourself.

Repeated words become beliefs. Beliefs influence behavior. And sometimes people spend decades trying to untangle something that was planted before they were old enough to question it.

What are you planting?

If you’re trying to break an old paradigm and create a different outcome for your life, connect with me through KLifeDesign.com.
