I have been in the shoes of owning, managing and operating many different types of businesses. My most recent endeavor was having a 2,000 square feet space salon and spa & cafe in Kapolei, Hawaii for nearly ten years. I've managed over two dozen staff consisting of employees, independent contractors and booth renters, running a seven day operation, wearing many hats and handling multiple roles.

I understand the challenges owners face on a daily basis and the hardships that come with business. My goal is to provide valuable solutions that allow my clients to save time and money; get more value from each and every interaction with their customers; and improve profitability, cash flow and productivity. Nevertheless, I would not want my clients to go through the same mistakes as I have made in business so I'll share what to avoid and things that I've learned.
