Papa WADPI (Rtd. Cmdr. Leroy Harris) briefing the Guinea and Sierra Leone participants on the IT Bootcamp software platforms (Ushahidi & Sahana) as Free and Open System Softwares (FOSS) for reporting incidents (Crowd-sourcing) in the form of reports and locating available resources on maps respectively for easy disaster management.
