There is so much hard work behind every single bottle, and watching this vintage move from vine to cellar never gets old. Crisp mornings, heavy loads, and bright energy ahead for this year’s crop. Huge thank you to everyone who has lent a hand or sent good energy our way.

Harvesting before the rain hit us in the Gorge kept us beyond busy. But we’re taking a quick breather to talk about something very special coming up! 🌧️🍇

We are so excited to officially invite you to the inaugural Latino Maker Food & Wine Convivio in McMinnville, OR!

A convivio is all about gathering around the table to share food, wine, and community. This weekend brings together Latino winemakers, chefs, and creators from across Oregon to share our stories, bottles, and culture.

Buenos Días! A little bit of smoky haze in the air, but the vines are putting in work! 🍇 Sweated through canopy management season, and now the colors are changing, sugar is rising, and harvest is right around the corner. Summer in Hood River hits different.

“Tucking in the vines” Before & After

It looks like we’re just tidying up, but canopy management is everything for high quality wine. By training the shoots upright between the trellis wires, we ensure the leaves get maximum sunlight and most importantly the grape clusters get plenty of airflow to prevent mildew.

A little vineyard workout now means beautiful, healthy fruit at harvest! ☀️🍇

November vs. Now 🌱

A little vineyard update! Back in November, we tucked these starters into their wooden winter beds, layered them up with fresh soil and sawdust, wrapped them tight, and let them hibernate through the cold.
Fast forward to March, we woke them up, got them out into the dirt, and let them start incubating in their grow tubes.
