COVID flung us all into becoming Zoom experts before we were ready. We mastered the art of muting oneself or disabling a camera, or simply using the word "Zoom" in a sentence without missing a beat.Even my 103-year-old grandmother can Zoom now. But, is that a good thing? I'm not sure I can teach her...

Scott (my husband) has this great system he calls the "RHYTHM METHOD." Basically, it's listening to your gut and trusting when there is the "right time, right place, right amount, right action," etc...

Lately, I've been applying the rhythm method to my social sharing. Frankly, I just haven't felt it was the right time to push a social agenda lately. In fact, I have felt slightly protective of myself, wanting to AVOID social media.

It's a personal thing. Either it works for you, or it doesn't. But I say, don't do ANYTHING that doesn't feel right.

Today, it felt right to publish this, so I am :) Do what works and feels good. I'm all for jumping out of your comfort zone, but I'm also for keeping your comfort zone handy as "home base."
