Q1 is in the books—and whether it felt like a win, a grind, or a bit of both, it told you something important about how your business is really operating.
Now here comes Q2… and for many practice owners, the instinct is to push harder, move faster, and try to “catch up” or “build momentum.”
But here’s the truth I see over and over again:
The leaders who say…
• “I don’t have time for coaching right now.”
• “I’ve got too many other responsibilities.”
• “I’ll focus on that when things settle down.”
…are the very ones who need coaching the most.
Because things don’t just “settle down.”
Complexity doesn’t magically disappear.
And working harder inside the same patterns rarely produces different results.
Coaching isn’t about adding one more thing to your plate—it’s about helping you think differently about the plate itself:
→ What actually matters
→ What’s getting in the way
→ What you’re tolerating that’s holding you back
→ And where your time and energy will create the greatest impact
If Q1 revealed stress, bottlenecks, team challenges, or lack of clarity—don’t wait for Q2 to fix itself.
Q2 is your opportunity to lead differently.
And sometimes the most strategic move you can make… is not doing more—but getting the right support to do things better.
I currently have 1 opening for a candidate who is coachable, open to mindset shifts, and ready to move to the next level of leadership!
