Rothwell Marine began in 1984 when the founder, Jerry Rothwell, opened the business as service only in the small town of Hope, Arkansas after being involved in boating and fishing for many years. In 1986 we moved to a larger location on one of the main highways in Hope due to increased business and the need for more exposure. Continuing to grow over the next few years the business transformed into

the second generation with the new owner Gregg Rothwell in 1992. Then, in 1995 Rothwell Marine was again outgrowing it’s location and moved down the street to a location that had substantially more area, 1/2 of a city block, as well as abundant showroom and storage area. In 1996 we entered retail boat sales with a full line of accessories in our new location. Since then we have continually grown each year due to our increasing customer support. Do our absolute best to give the customer what they want when they want it. We strive for customer satisfaction one customer at a time by putting the customer first, thus goes our logo "We’re not #1, our customers are!". We will put our experience and personnel to work for you every day.

Day 2 is underway, and Ryan Satterfield Fishing is searching to jump up a few spot on the leaderboard. Had 17 pounds and 7 ounces after yesterday's weigh in got him in 5th place. He is also currently in first place with big bass having brought in a 7 pound 10 ounce Lay Lake giant!

There is a camera riding along in the Rothwell Marine Phoenix, giving you all the live action throughout the day. Make sure to tune into the NPFL website so you don't miss a thing! See you all at the weigh-in!
