We invest in the latest technology to maintain an up-to-date database on our customers, manufacturers and the products we sell. We provide a digital binder on our web site for immediate information retrieval by our customers via a security code for literature, sales, technical information and price sheets. To increase exposure for our manufacturers, in the spring & fall of each year we hold a mini trade show with exhibits from all of our manufacturers with average attendance of 200 people in the major cities of our territories. We do various promotions and in field demos above and beyond our normal product sales demos. We send out informational emails highlighting new products and specials. These are all assisted by inside sales support efforts from our office staff. Our “Core Competency” is the knowledge base of our staff . We at Bormann Marketing believe that honesty and integrity is the way to develop long term customer relationships. We see our customers as everyone in the selling chain - the manufacturer, the dealer, the end user and our employees. Our company goal is to serve our customers beyond their expectations, to work together to build their business and in so doing, build ours. We work to provide friendly, prompt and accurate service and information and pay close attention to the details. In order to keep pace with the growth, we now have a staff of 18 people to best serve our customers.
