Chubby Kitty Photography is owned and operated by Bobbie J. As the owner/photographer I own the rights to all photos I have taken. Copyright Infringement is the unauthorized use of my copyrighted work. Even if you do not see
a copyright symbol, you should suspect that the work is protexted and not available for public use. This means, without a written consent, you do not have the right to duplicate, reprint, scan, download, and/or post any images to the web (including social sites) done by Chubby Kitty Photography. Remember it like this, if you didn't take the photo, it is not yours. Please respect my hard work and dedication that I put into each photo and obey the law of copyright. If copyright infringement has been detected on the images of Chubby Kitty Photography, you will be given one (1) warning to remove the photos from the internet. If photos are not removed within twenty-four (24) hours, you will be taken to court under the copyright infringement law.
