🔹 2+ years of experience required
🔹 Fiber installation, troubleshooting & repair experience
🔹 Knowledge of fiber-optic equipment and practices
🔹 Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
🔹 Ability to diagnose internet, Wi-Fi, router, ONT, Ethernet, and connected-device issues
🔹 Basic understanding of home networking, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP addressing, routers, and customer service
🔹 Bucket truck experience is a PLUS! 🚚⬆️
