Santo has a passion for heavy equipment and a desire to provide affordable and quality services to our customers. The Piccolomini family has deep roots in the Uniontown and surrounding areas with Santos’ father and grandfather being small business owners, and two of his uncles as well. Piccolomini Development looks to expand their families positive impact in the area by offering residential and co

6 years ago today, we bought our first skid steer — and that one piece of iron started what would become Piccolomini Development.

Fast forward to today, and we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come:

• 24 full-time employees
• 17 pieces of iron
• Active projects across NY, MD, PA & WV

What started with one skid steer has grown into a team, a fleet, and a company we’re extremely proud of.

Thank goodness for equipment with closed cabs and cold AC. Steady production out of our crew in Salisbury MD. Despite how hot it’s been. Proper planing, required breaks, and added safety measures ensure everyone in the field leave the same way they came in.
