It started with a bow, a passion for hunting, and a lot of time spent figuring out how to make things shoot just right.

For me, archery was never just about pulling back a string and letting an arrow fly. I became fascinated with the why behind the shot. How every adjustment, measurement, and detail can change the way a bow performs.

A lot of bow hunters don’t know why their bow isn’t shooting right. And honestly? They shouldn’t be left guessing. So I started Bows by Boone with one goal: take the guesswork out of your bow. Not just make an adjustment and send you on your way, but actually figure out what’s going on and make sure you understand your setup.

That’s why we document the details. Measurements, adjustments, repairs, setup notes. So when you leave, you don’t just have a bow that shoots. You have a setup you understand.

Sometimes your bow needs a full tune. Sometimes it needs one small adjustment. Sometimes you just need someone to figure out what’s wrong. We’ll start there.

It’s confidence. Confidence when you’re practicing. Confidence when you’re sitting in the stand. Confidence when the moment you’ve been waiting for finally happens. That’s what “dialed in” means to me.

Cut my new arrows, installed my inserts and made sure the paper tune was perfect. Now the bow is shooting pin holes through paper and I am super excited to get it out in a month!
