HIRING: Experienced Screen Printer / Press Operator
We are looking for an experienced screen printer to join our growing Apparel business! If you have hands-on experience running presses and producing high-quality prints, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses (M&R, Anatol, etc.) with accuracy and speed.
• Handle screen prep, coating, burning, and reclamation.
• Mix and match inks to specific Pantone (PMS) color codes.
• Perform press setups, teardowns, registration checks, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot print issues like ink flow, curing, and off-contact.
What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on textile screen printing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Reliable, problem-solving mindset, and a great team player.
